Steps for setting up and accessing the R-WASH Activity Monitoring Questionnaire application on an Android device.

Download “ODK Collect” from Google Play Store, install and open after installation

Click on “Manually enter project details” on ODK Collect to configure settings.

On the URL, copy and paste the link provided as shown below.

On the Username, use your full email address that received the link for password reset in step 1 above e.g. emailaddress@email.com

On the Password, use the password that you set in step 2 above.

After proving the username and password, click on the “Add” button at the bottom right as shown below

After clicking on the add button, you will be asked to allow ODK Collect have access to the features. Click on the “OK” button as shown below.

Click on “Allow” option to allow ODK Collect permissions

The ODK Collect menu items will be displayed as shown below.

Download the R-WASH Activity Monitoring form by clicking on the “Download form” button as shown below.

Select the form and click on the “Get Selected” button as shown below.

The form will be downloaded successfully as shown below, then click “OK” button.

Click on “Start new form” to proceed on the activity monitoring questionnaire and fill the details and submit.

Click on the link received in your email to set your password.

Set a password and click Set password to proceed.

Your password strength will be displayed. Use a strong password.

Log in to the portal using the provided link: https://r-washingtesting.com/#/login.

Enter your email address associated with the password reset link.

Enter your new password and click Log in.

After logging in, you will see your available projects.

Click on a questionnaire or submission number to review reports.

Go to the "Submissions" tab to view received reports.

You can review, edit, or view more details about a report.

To approve, reject, or flag the report, click Review.

Select Approved and click Update.

Select Has Issues to flag a problem and add comments.

Select Rejected and provide a reason before proceeding.

To edit a report, click Edit.

Modify the report in Enketo and click Submit.

The edited record will be saved and marked as Edited.
